Visa processing now takes several weeks—or at least a full month. Please take this into account when planning the timeframe for obtaining your visa in relation to your travel date.

To travel to Equatorial Guinea an eVisa is required.

Do you need a Visa for Equatorial Guinea?
Obtaining an eVisa (all nationalities are eligible) before departure is mandatory to travel to Equatorial Guinea.
It should be noted that no visa is issued upon arrival in the country. Therefore, the traveler must imperatively apply before departure.

Conditions of entry in Equatorial Guinea
To be able to enter the territory of Equatorial Guinea, the traveler must have his passport with eVisa (printed) as well as a return flight ticket.
NB: you will also have to provide upon arrival in Guinea your COVID19 vaccination certificates (or PCR test results) and yellow fever as well as your travel insurance (NB: Visa Travel International can take out this insurance for you if you wish).
It should be noted that, even if the traveler is in possession of all the documents requested to validate his entry into Equatorial Guinea, the Guinean authorities reserve the right to refuse access to their territory without having to justify themselves.
Understanding the Visa for Equatorial Guinea
The eVisa is valid for 30 days maximum stay, for a single entry, from the date of issue.
Documents to be provided: eVisa Business
- A scan of the double page of data from your biometric passport (signed and valid for at least 6 months).
- A scan of two color photos in “identity” format, face-on, color on a light background, recent (less than 6 months old).
- Information form to fill-out and send back to contact@visatravel.fr
- A scan of your travel insurance (NB: Visa Travel International can subscribe one for you via its approved insurance partner).
- A scan of the invitation letter indicating the reason (business need), the length of the stay, the contact details of the correspondent and the coverage of accommodation and travel expenses.
- A scan of the return flight ticket.
- A scan of the vaccination record, mentioning in particular the yellow fever vaccine.
- A scan of your bank statement for the last three months bearing the bank stamp.
- A scan of your hotel/accommodation reservation.
- A scan of the Visas issued in the last three months (in your passport) before your trip to Equatorial Guinea
